Detailed Product Description

Overall Construction

- Can easily be assembled and disassembled through a knockdown system, Thermotite type

with male-female joinery & embedded cam locks.

- Can quickly and easily be installed as well as transported.

Shelter Structure

The shelter is made of 50mm. thick Sandwich Panels, having 0.50mm. Prepainted Galvanized Steel on both sides. Polyurethane Foam is employed as an insulator. The thickness can be adjustable up to the customers requirements.

Rust-proof structure even in areas with high humidity or with salty air (near salt water)

The entire shelter is held together by means of internal & external flashings as well as corner flashings made out of Prepainted Galvanized Steel

Floor Panel Structure

The 60 mm.-thick panel has Prepainted Galvanized Steel on outer side and 19mm-thick marine ply inside. Marine ply is strong, flexible and moisture resistant, providing greater durability

There is 30mm x 60mm x 3mm rectangular pipes which are embedded in the floor panel to provide reinforcement and load bearing capacity minimum 1,000kgs./sq.m. with I-Beam.

Wall Panel Structure

The shelter is made of 50mm thick Sandwich Panels, having 0.50mm Prepainted Galvanized Steel on both sides. Polyurethane Foam is employed as an insulator.

Designed specifically for outdoor use to ensure that the knockdown container can withstand any type of weather particularly high wind velocity 260km./hr.

Door Structure

Airtight and waterproof door system made from sandwich panel at the same thickness as the wall panels. The door is completed with Aluminium framing, EPDM Gasket, SS Mortice Lock with Handle.
